Driving Directions :
Arriving from the south Take 495north to exit 11 in the town of Gray. Take 26north to the town of Oxford. Pass the speedway on your right then Walmart on your left. One mile from the Walmart store turn right ont Oxford Rd. Drive slowly along the 3 mile road which will stop on Rte117. Turn right then immediately veer left. After veering left you drive exactly 2.7 miles north on Rte 117 and you will see a red state road sign saying King s Hill Inn B and B . Turn right onto King Hill Rd. We are 1/4 mile on the left with beautiful mountain views and a 100 yr. old red barn.
Room Information :
** 001 - Both spacious rooms have a queen bed private bath with shower and a deck overlooking the White Mtn and flower gardens. Rollaway bed will be provided for rd occupant.
** 002 - This is and efficiency apt. with a queen and single bed with space for a roll away cot. It includes a living room area with a gaslog stove and a table and four chairs. Rollaway bed will be provided for occupant.
** 003 - Beautiful two bedroom suite with sitting area filled with antiques. The huge bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a bidet. Rollaway bed will be provided for th occupant.
** 004 - This beautifufl huge victorian honeymoon suite offers a sitting area with a Vermont Casting woodstove daybed and private bath with shower. Rollaway bed will be provided for th occupant.
** 005 - This room has walls of panaramic mtn. vies and opens to a deck.
Hotel Policy :
A valid credit card is required to hold reservation. There is a 14 day cancellation policy. All holiday periods, other periods, and foilage weekends are a 2 day min. stay. When a cancellation of more than 14 days is made the charge is 20.00. When a cancellation of less than 14 days is made, the charge is the full amount for the days reserved plus taxes. Two day stay periods include Any July and August weekend and, May 23-26, Oct 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, Nov. 26-29, Dec. 24-27 TRAVEL AGENTS 10 percent deposit is refundable.

Deposit of 10 percent of total stay required for booking.
