Guarantee Policy - A thirty percent of payment is required for reservations made prior to sixty days of arrival. A one hundred percent of payment is required for reservations made less than sixty days prior to arrival and may be canceled if not paid in full.

Deposit - A thirty percent of total payment must be paid prior to sixty days of rental dates. Full amount must be paid if booking is less than sixty days prior to arrival. Rentee must agree that at sixty days prior to the reservation, balance will be charged to the same credit card or card of their choice used to pay deposit unless other arrangements are made. Cancellation Policy - Terms are 30 to hold with full refund up to 180 days prior to arrival if cancelling.
At 180 days or less but greater than 60 days, the 30 deposit is forfeited at cancellation.
At 60 days prior to arrival balance is due and no refund is issued after that point if cancelling.
Trip cancellation is available if you feel you need the extra security.
Pet Policy - Small pets are allowed, notice of pet arrival requested.
